Striped pattern with tiny flowers in pink and brown against stripes in pink and dark violet. It is based on a detail from the christening garment (doppåse)
Nordiska Museet NM.0054444A, dated ca 1840. This pattern is not an exact detailed copy but merely a visual similarity.
Care instructions: Delicate wash max 40°C, spin at low speed (400 rpm). Use phosphate-free detergents. Do not bleach. Avoid spot-cleaning and rubbing wet prints, as it may cause damage. Dry the fabrics in an airy room or outside, avoid tumble drying. Iron on cotton temperature (200°C), fabrics with fully printed colours from the wrong side.
